Western States 100

The Western States Endurance Run is the oldest 100-mile trail race in the world, running from Olympic Valley to Auburn, California since 1974. The course follows the historic Western States Trail through the Sierra Nevada mountains with over 5,500 meters of climb and extreme heat in the canyons. Entry is by lottery, with a qualifying 100-km or 100-mile race required.
