The FUGA Glacier Extreme Gongga 100 is an elite-level ultra-trail race held in the shadow of Mount Gongga, the easternmost 7,000-meter peak on Earth and one of the most revered mountains in global mountaineering history. Organized by KAILAS FUGA and debuting in 2025, the race is widely regarded as one of China’s most extreme mountain running challenges. More than a physical competition, Gongga is considered a pilgrimage in Chinese trail running culture. It is a test of endurance, altitude adaptation, and mental resilience, set against one of the most powerful mountain landscapes on Earth.
