Epidavrios Dromos – Theater 2 Theater | Epidaurus, Greece Run a truly one-of-a-kind race in the birthplace of theater: a 21 km half marathon that takes you from one ancient theater to another—from the Little Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus to the world-famous Great Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus—and finishes inside the Ancient Stadium of the Sanctuary of Asclepius. Starting at the Little Theatre by the sea, you’ll pass the historic harbor of Ancient Epidaurus, follow timeless paths toward Ligourio, run through charming cobbled streets and the village square, and then enter the sacred landscape of the Asklepion for an unforgettable finish. Open to international runners of all levels, this is more than a race—it’s a cultural journey through a UNESCO-level setting, just a short trip from Athens. In 2025, athletes from 22 countries joined this extraordinary experience.
